The Center for Research & Fellowships maintains a database for students to find different undergraduate research opportunities offered by various Georgetown University departments and programs.

Overview
In January 2026, The Center for Research and Fellowships (CRF) launched the Research Opportunities Database on GU360. This streamlined database is designed to help connect undergraduates with various research experiences across the university. Whether it’s a mentored summer program or an award with a stipend, these opportunities can support students’ research work.
The database brings together various Georgetown-affiliated opportunities from different departments, centers, and campus groups. The CRF will continue to work with GU partners to expand the opportunities listed in the database, with the ultimate goal of creating a comprehensive research tool.
For Students
Access the database with a Georgetown NetID and search across opportunities, with the option to filter by various eligibility fields including class year, school, and research area.
Each listing includes information such as an opportunity overview, eligibility details, and program contacts. The CRF works with campus partners to update the information in the database. However, please refer to each program’s webpage for the latest updates and application details.

For Faculty & Staff
Faculty and staff are encouraged to submit opportunities that can support undergraduate research. Contributing to the database can help increase visibility of your department’s programs and support a more equitable approach to undergraduate research.
You can submit new opportunities directly through the database platform. Once you create an entry, you become the administrator for that opportunity in the database and then have the ability to edit/update the entry.
If you have questions about the database or need assistance with submissions/edits, please contact us at undergradresearch@georgetown.edu.
